The Teacher CPD eye4stress management (Staff Health and Well-Being) programme is a one to three hour interactive workshop targeted towards primary school and post primary school teachers. The aim of the programme is to equip teachers and staff with knowledge and understanding of the effects of stress, the sources of stress and how to manage/cope with stress in the workplace and at home. The Learning & Development objectives are:

• Understanding Stress – the science of stress, impact of emotional intelligence, short and long term effects on the body/mind, identifying symptoms in self and others and statistics on stress in the teaching profession.
• Awareness of the Causes of Stress – Individual stress risk assessment, possible sources of work-related stress and the difference between work pressure and work stress.
• Develop Strategies for Managing/Coping with Stress – Dealing with the physical effects of stress, building resilience, dealing with the sources of stress CBT & NLP and an individual stress management plan.

eye4education makes every educational programme a bespoke event based on the special requirements and the abilities of the participants. We can also pre and post-test all participants to produce a detailed report outlining changes in behaviour, skills, knowledge and attitude.
