On Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th of June over three hundred pupils in forms two and four (years 9 and 11) took part in a pair of careers days at Grosvenor Grammar School delivered by eye4education. All the activities on each day were designed to be fun, competitive and engaging. Pupils took part in a number of activities such as learning the 4Ps of marketing, Dragons’ Den presentations, building towers with spaghetti and marshmallows, business challenges and launching rockets. One team even created a new ‘world’ record by launching their rocket eight feet in the air!
A number of awards and prizes were given out at the end of each day in recognition of the achievements of various individuals and groups. Many thanks to Grosvenor’s Head of Careers Mrs Fiona Brown for driving the ‘Careers agenda’ right through to the end of June with the pupils.
