It was another successful year for the eye4education bespoke Assessment Centre Programme which ran in over 40 Schools across NI with over 4000 pupils benefiting from its unique experience.
The eye4education Assessment Centre experience still remains a popular choice for Schools across NI, with over 40 Schools choosing to book their own unique experience. Over 4000 pupils would have gone through a 4 staged process of 1) application form completion; 2) aptitude testing; 3) group assessments and finally 4) individual interviews. Each pupil’s performance would have been graded and recorded, as well as a master statistical report created - all marked material and reports then returned to the School. In all cases there was a period of consultation in order for each School to experience a tailored version best suited to their pupils’ needs and abilities. Over 40 businesses agreed to support one or more Assessment Centre, such as Randox, NIE, Danske Bank, Bombardier, Manpower, Belfast City Council and many more.
From these Assessment Centres, Schools and pupils are getting, on the day, real life experience of the competitiveness within the labour market and what it takes to actually get offered the job, so to speak.
